My son made a mess with pen(ballpoint) on the wall, i tried to clean it with mr. clean magic eraser, but its not gone completely, please help with some good cleaning agent which is not harmful for the wall ,but also cleanse properly.

Try some hairspray or Simple Green....If Simple Green dont get it out it's not gonna come out!!!

I've used heavy duty oven cleaner to get dried ink out of the dryer and it worked great. You might could try that and see if it works.
