Gas Prices way out of control?

What the heck is President Bush thinking when he say's, People are working, life is good, but in reality, not the reality of our President who lives in his pretend world of pampering, we normal people, some people that have jobs, and others who don't, are living paying prices such as over $3.50 for gas is just crazy.

Mr. President, we the American people are hurting, and it doesn't matter if we lucky ones get a emergency tax refund check, for by the time we get it, we will be paying over $4 for gas like our fellow americans do in the greate state of Ha. Yes Mr. President, im sure that people in Ha are living the good life, as you say.

Mr. President, you are not helpless of taking care of this gas mess were in, you have the power to release the reserves we have, you have the power to stop the spec stocks dealing with gas, Mr. President, you have the power to do somthing before the increase of gas costs our food prices to go highier, and forces people to stop driving all together.

Having Bush release the oil reserves is pointless. There's no such thing as a free lunch. Any such action would only be temporary and those reserves would have to be replenished, which you'd be paying through your tax dollars. I'm not happy about the gas prices either, but these are the prices that most the non-OPEC countries have been paying all along, now it's simply catching up here. More conservation is the answer, not releasing the oil reserves.

There's not much the president can do about the price of gas, because it's largely due to forces outside of our control.

GW doesn't really have the power, but we do as consumers by banding together we can help put a end to rising fuel cost, by kicking big oil companies in the nuts!!! Here is how, first get a group of people together 20+ go to a local gas station in 20+ separate cars, walk inside 20+ quickly and effeicently take over the gas station preventing the clerks from calling police, remove the videos, and turn the pumps on fill up everybody's car, with premium gas, and leave before the cops get there. After this happens at about a couple 100,000 gas stations, they might realize that we are sick of there games. Maybe they will even pay to upgrade the thousands of moth balled oil refineries scattered through out the US to meet EPA standards so we can make our own GAS, and not have to pay other countries ( that have no EPA standards) to make our GAS?? Wait would this also create US jobs? Stimulate the economy? Provide affordable gasoline? Maybe it will happen? But I doubt it.
